Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and untampered with.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or shipment of new items within 5-7 business days.
